How orders are sent:
Orders from within the San Ignacio area are delivered within two working days. All other orders are delivered to Belize City once a week and sent through the courier of your choice (IDS Inter District Shipping, BPMS, Post-Office, Maya Air Belize, or Tropic Belize) or plane to further destinations.

Special delivery:
Orders needed the same day must be placed before 12:00 noon. Orders are prepared and sent by BPMS. These extra transport costs are passed on to customer.

Back orders:
Back orders for items temporarily out of stock are automatically recorded and supplied once they become available.

Payment Policy:
New customers must pay on delivery until credit has been established. If you would like to apply for credit please contact our Accounting Department. All credit orders must be paid for within 30 days of delivery by sending a check by registered mail, Tropic Air, Maya Island Air, or through BPMS. Any invoices over 60 days overdue will accrue interest at a rate of 1.75% monthly.

Payments may also be made directly to our Belize Bank, Atlantic Bank Ltd. or Heritage Bank Ltd. Please call the accounting department for the deposit account information.
Visa & MasterCard Credit cards are accepted as form of payment. Please e-mail us your authorisation.

Order & Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your orders are always complete. When you receive your order, please check the contents right away. In the rare event that an item is damaged, any items are missing, or items not delivered, notify the office immediately. If you wish to return any of these products, we will be happy to exchange or issue a credit note. Any claims must be made within 72 hours from receiving your order.
